5-Course Caribbean Feast

Arboloco is open 4 days a week, Thursday-Sunday 4-9 p.m., offering our amazing, full Afro-Caribbean menu. However, if these days don’t work for you, or you want a more private experience, we are proud to present out Five Course Caribbean Feast. 

This is not a tasting menu. This is all about you and choosing food that makes your mouth water and your senses explode.

Our feast is designed to allow you to choose one selection per person from our five courses, maximum of four different choices per party, per course. 

Selections must be pre-reserved, minimum of 24 hours prior. A 50% deposit is required, and reservations are based on space availability. 

All guests in party must join the feast, small children’s feasts are available.

Cost per person, $45. 

Course includes Bread, Soup or Salad, Starter, Main, and Dessert. *Beverages are additional.

Please note: Bocas is an island and due to supply, sometimes options presented below may not be available, confirm your selections when booking. 

You will be delighted with five-full courses, these aren’t tiny bites of food that doesn’t appeal. After all, our slogan is “Better Dat Big Belly Burst Den Good Food Waste!” 

 

Course 1:
bread

Warm fire roasted veggie or in-house smoked tuna spread served with our warm 7 seed bread.

 

Course 2:
Soup or salad

Homemade soup of the day or the Arboloco Salad – a mix of mixed greens and fire roasted veggies, toasted cashews and our passionfruit vinaigrette. 

Course 3:
Starter

 West Indian Cauliflower

• Miso Baked Eggplant Salad

• Chombo Fire Clams – In a white wine herb broth

• Tropical Shrimp Ceviche

• Lobster or Shrimp Fritters

• Coconut Fried Shrimp

• Grilled Chorizo and Prawns in a Spicy Garlic Cream Sauce

• Sticky Chicken Bites in a Tamarind Honey Glaze

Course 4:
main

• Grilled Fish of the Day.


• Sautéed snapper in a spicy fresh coconut milk veggie broth.         

     • Fresh Tuna, rolled in sesame seeds and grilled to order, brushed with a Tamarind honey glaze.


• Hand breaded coconut fried shrimp on a bed of tropical slaw and grilled pineapple.


• Arboloco Mixed Grill (Jerk chicken, handcrafted Panamanian chorizo and a bone-in Habanero glazed pork chop.


• Jamaican Jerk chicken breast topped with fresh pineapple salsa.

• Pork Tenderloin grilled topped with our curry butter sauce.


• Tofu Nest (seeded and fried organic tofu in a tamarind honey glaze served on a bed of Jasmine rice with a mix of sautéed and grilled veggies topped with toasted cashews).

• Fire Roasted Eggplant and raisin tamarind curry served on Jasmine rice and topped with spicy candied nuts.

 

Course 5:
Dessert

• Dark chocolate chunk Frozen Key Lime Pie

• Flourless cacao walnut torte and ice cream 

• Arboloco Sundae 

• Banana Heaven
